CDAT at the Chamber

posted Jun 16, 2010, 5:57 PM by Michael Reilly
It was a really fun morning Tuesday, as I had the chance to represent the County Schools at a presentation to the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce's Technology Forum.  Along with Jeff Mathews from GSMST, and folks from UGA, GGC and GTC, we spoke about how schools and business can work together.  In fact, CDAT is just that: a demand from the business community for improved communication skills and pushing students towards new technology leadership.  Of course, this is easier than ever to do, because the demands of the business community are the interests of today's students.  Thanks to the County for letting us get this started!
Thanks to Gordon Rogers and Asante Bradford for providing the encouragement for us to pursue this goal, and thanks to Jody Reeves for getting the deal done!
